Gashangih Uganda Ltd conducts Site acquisition process on behalf of her client. This process is conducted by our professional land experts and it involves obtaining interests in land for development purposes on behalf of an individual or a company. We mostly do this exercise for big companies most commonly telecommunications companies among others.
We provide negotiation services to telecommunication clients for placement of major and minor telecommunication facilities throughout Uganda. Our acquisition and negotiation of communication easements include the placement of fibre optics, radio towers, cell sites, copper cables and associated above-ground appurtenances.
In addition to private easements, Gashangih Uganda Ltd also negotiates and acquires permits, leases and licenses from various authorities, state and local government agencies including the Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Land.
For telecommunications companies to be able to transmit, they need to erect masts (boosters) which use signals to communicate. The masts are built on a piece of land and they topple to heights of about 30m or more depending on the signal transmission radius, the target population and the gradient of the land. The act of getting this piece of land from the owner and passing the interests in the land at a fee to another party is called site acquisition. This is where you need Gashangih Uganda Ltd. We help telecommunication companies acquire land to facilitate the setting up of these masts.
.
